COVID-19 UPDATE: 25/05/20



During the coronavirus pandemic we are currently trading as normal. However, we have made some significant changes to our procedures to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of our customers and staff in line with government guidelines and advice.

These include:

Workshop bookings/ enquiries to be made via telephone 07879425677 or email We aim to take as much information at that time in order to reduce time spent face to face at handover when bringing your vehicle in for work.

A timed appointment will need to be made for contactless vehicle drop offs and collections, which will enable us to prepare and also prevent overlaps between customers arriving at the workshop. Entry to the workshop will not be permitted at this time and any discussions will take place outside at the recomended social distancing requirement of 2metres plus. Upon arrival, please knock on the door and retreat to a safe distance. Please leave the keys in the vehicle ignition, or workshop letterbox.

Vehicles, keys and any parts etc will be sanitised after arrival, and before we begin any works, and we would appreciate it if your vehicle is presented in an appropriate condition to allow that to be carried out. In the interests of hygiene and safety please ensure personal possessions, porta pottis, fuel cans and so on are removed from the vehicle. Gloves, seat covers and paper mats will be used whilst working on your vehicle and contact surfaces and keys will be sanitised before a pre-arranged collection. Sanitising spray, hand gel, wipes, and paper towels will be available should you wish to use them.

Payment will be required before the release of vehicles, either by BACS or card prior to collection, or by card at point of collection via handheld machine (cleaned before and after use). We are unable to accept cash or cheque payments during this period.

If you or anyone in your household are unwell, please do not visit the workshop. If you need to rearrange an appointment please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you need help with collection or delivery of your vehicle, then we can arrange this, and if necessary involve our tried and trusted transport partners. This will be chargeable but at cost.

During the coronavirus pandemic, in order to meet UK government guidelines, we are unfortunately unable to offer a while-you-wait, or one-day service. We will be unable to offer a waiting area, refreshments, or toilet facilities.

Some of our suppliers and couriers are running reduced workforces or reduced hours, so there may be a delay in sourcing parts and services. We appreciate your support, patience and understanding at this time. Our operating hours may change to accomodate some of these changes, so please contact us to discuss if necessary.
